Overview

This website and the EX MAISON store are operated by UAB "Ex genesis" (company code 306337372), registered at V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on this website. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Products and made-to-order production

EX MAISON pieces are produced after an order is confirmed. Please allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for production before dispatch. Small variations may occur due to individual production. We aim to present colours, materials and proportions accurately, but displays can vary.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order. We may decline or cancel an order where a product, price, payment or customer information is incorrect, where fraud is suspected, or where fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your market. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Customers outside the European Union are responsible for customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees and other local charges where applicable.

Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping is included for destinations available at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and are not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping policy for full details.

Returns and cancellations

Your rights and the applicable conditions are described in our Return and refund policy. Standard-size made-to-order production does not by itself remove mandatory European Union withdrawal rights. Individually customised or clearly personalised products may be excluded where permitted by law.

Product use and care

Follow the sewn-in care label and our Care Guide. We are not responsible for damage caused by use or care contrary to the supplied instructions, without limiting rights relating to faulty goods.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the EX MAISON name, imagery, designs, text and other website content are owned by or licensed to UAB "Ex genesis". They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.

Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, misuse customer accounts, or use the website in a way that violates the rights of others.

Third-party services

The store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery and technology providers. Those providers may process data or provide services under their own terms and privacy notices.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Consumers retain any mandatory protection granted by the law of their country of residence and may bring claims in any court available to them under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when your order is accepted applies to that order, unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise.
