Size Guide

EX MAISON measurements describe the finished garment, not the body. To find your fit, choose a shirt that fits you well, fasten it and lay it flat on a smooth surface without stretching the fabric.

How to measure

  1. Chest: measure straight across from underarm seam to underarm seam, then multiply by two.
  2. Waist: measure straight across the narrowest part of the shirt, then multiply by two.
  3. Hem: measure straight across the bottom edge from side seam to side seam, then multiply by two.
  4. Shoulder: measure from the neckline–shoulder seam to the outer shoulder point on one side.
  5. Sleeve length: measure from the outer shoulder seam along the sleeve to the end of the cuff.
  6. Sleeve width: measure across the widest part of the upper sleeve, then multiply by two.
  7. Shirt length: measure vertically from the highest shoulder point beside the neckline to the front hem.

Garment measurements

All measurements are finished-garment circumferences or lengths in centimetres. Each style is available in three separate sizes: S, M and L.

Choosing your size

The coloured cotton, linen and Noir Essential shirts have an intentionally oversized fit and a slightly shortened length. Choose S for the smallest oversized silhouette (it may also suit a regular M), M for additional ease (it may also suit a regular L), and L for the roomiest proportion. The sculpted shirts follow standard S, M and L sizing and retain their original fitted construction.
