Every EX MAISON piece is made to order in Vilnius. The following information explains when your order will be made, dispatched and delivered, and how to request a return.
Made to order
Production begins after your order is confirmed. Please allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for your piece to be made before dispatch. This production period is separate from the delivery time shown after dispatch.
Making only what has been ordered helps us avoid unnecessary stock, reduce overproduction and use materials more thoughtfully. Small variations may occur because each piece is individually made.
Complimentary shipping
Complimentary standard shipping is included with every order to all destinations currently available at checkout. Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when your order leaves the atelier.
Duties and taxes outside the European Union
Orders delivered outside the European Union are sent on a DAP basis. Customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees and other local charges are not included in the displayed price and must be paid by the recipient where applicable.
Returns
You may notify us that you wish to return an eligible standard-size item within 14 days of receiving it. Made-to-order production in a standard size does not by itself remove statutory European Union withdrawal rights.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with all original tags and packaging. For correctly supplied goods, the customer arranges and pays for return shipping. Original shipping costs, where charged, are not refundable unless required by law.
Before sending a return, email info@ex.maison with your order number and the item you wish to return. Do not send a return without receiving return instructions.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from the item ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. EX MAISON will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping for an accepted faulty or incorrectly supplied item.
