Made to order

Every EX MAISON piece is made after your order is confirmed. Please allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for production before dispatch. This production period is separate from delivery time.

Making only what has been ordered helps us reduce overproduction, avoid unnecessary stock and use materials more thoughtfully.

Complimentary shipping

Complimentary standard shipping is included with every order to all destinations currently available at checkout. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier and begins only after production is complete. You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information when your order leaves the atelier.

International duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the European Union are sent on a DAP basis. Customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees and other local charges are not included in the displayed price and must be paid by the recipient where applicable.

Delivery details

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact info@ex.maison immediately if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carriers and events outside our reasonable control.

Returns

For correctly supplied goods, return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. EX MAISON covers reasonable return shipping for an accepted faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item. Please read our Return and refund policy before sending any item.
